Privacy

What we collect

• Name, email, phone, and optional notes when you request a booking or send a message.
• Ride details: tour, date, start time, guest counts, and payment preference (pay later or cash).
• Technical data the host may log (IP, browser) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To review, confirm, or cancel your ride request and share meeting details.
• To reply to enquiries and improve operations.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Guides and operators on your departure may see the names and guest counts needed for the ride. Email providers process messages when SMTP is configured. Hosting and database providers store the same booking records you submit.

Retention

Booking and message records are kept as long as needed for operations, safety, and accounting, then removed or anonymised when no longer required.
